We offer shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is currently unavailable.
- Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom Orders (e.g., colored/trimmed wigs): May take 5–7 business days for processing, confirmed via email.
- Oversized Packaging: Bulky wig boxes may incur a $5 surcharge, displayed at checkout.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Standard shipping only; expedited options are unavailable.
A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment, accessible via USPS or UPS. Orders over $200 require signature confirmation; carriers will leave a redelivery notice if no one is present.
We are not liable for shipping delays due to weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For missing packages, contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos to terryn@hairstylestyl.online for a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If marked “delivered” but undelivered, check with neighbors or your local post office first. File a claim with us within 5 days for assistance.
