Overview

Hairstyle Styl LLC offers a 30-day refund and returns policy for all wig purchases. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your wig must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received it—this includes no tangling, no styling products applied, and all original packaging (e.g., wig caps, storage bags, tags) intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Final sale wigs (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page)
  • Customized wigs (e.g., pre-cut, dyed, or styled to your specific request)
  • Wigs with signs of use (e.g., tangled hair, odor, missing accessories)
  • Gift cards (if applicable to future promotions)

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, you must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation email (sent to your inbox after purchase) as proof of transaction. Do not send returned items to third-party manufacturers—only ship to our official return address.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
  • Wigs returned without original packaging or tags
  • Wigs with minor damage or wear not caused by our quality issues
  • Returns initiated after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery (partial refund amount will be determined by our team based on item condition)

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned wig, we will send an email to confirm receipt.
  2. We will then notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days of approval:
  1. First, check your bank or payment provider statement—processing times vary by institution (some may take 3–5 additional days to post the credit).
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to confirm if the refund is pending.
  3. If no refund is found, email us at terryn@hairstylestyl.online with your order number and refund confirmation details for assistance.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for wigs that are defective (e.g., loose wefts, faulty caps) or damaged during shipping. To request an exchange:
  1. Email terryn@hairstylestyl.online with your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and the wig style you wish to exchange for.
  2. Ship the defective/damaged wig to our return address (below) once you receive confirmation from our team.

Gift Returns

  • If the wig was marked as a “gift” at checkout and shipped directly to you: You will receive a gift credit equal to the item’s value once we process the return. A physical or digital gift certificate will be sent to your email within 3 business days of return approval.
  • If the gift giver shipped the wig to themselves first (then gave it to you): We will send the full refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if your refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • For wigs valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS Priority Mail) and purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee delivery of uninsured or untracked returns.
